Gameplay

Either draw from the draw pile
Or take a face-up card from the clearing
If you have 9, you may only draw 1 card
If you have 10, you cannot draw any more cards
Then proceed directly to 2️⃣ Play a Card
blue.svg
Then place it face up next to the draw pile
Instead, draw another card from the draw pile
The cost is shown in the brown box at the top left of the card
Place the required number of cards from your hand face up onto the clearing
You may place a tree in front of you individually
Other cards are attached around it
blue.svg
A card is drawn from the draw pile onto the clearing
Any card can be placed upside down as a young tree for free
It counts as a tree but provides no points or other benefits
blue.svg
When placing a sapling, also draw a card onto the clearing
You only pay the cost for that half
The other half is slid under a tree
Each tree has 4 possible sides for attaching cards

Some cards have conditions to earn acorns
When you play the card
Example: Whenever you attach a card to the top of a tree
You get another turn immediately after your current turn
So again: draw cards or play a card
Example: Bear card
Move all cards from the clearing to your cave
The effect triggers in specific situations
Don’t forget to use it!
Example: Draw a card when you play a paw symbol
However, these cards have no further effect or bonus
The card is simply played for free, and its effects are ignored
When you must pay 2 cards
And both cards have the symbol of the card you wish to play
Then the effect is triggered

Look to see if there are 10 or more cards in the clearing
yellow.svg
If yes, take all of them and place them in the discard pile

As soon as the 3rd Winter card is revealed
The game ends immediately and you count your points
